Mechanic’s Liens- Enforce Your Rights or Lose Them

In Arizona, once you have filed a mechanic's lien you have only six months to file a lawsuit foreclosing on that lien, or the lien will be extinguished.  If you lose your lien it dramatically reduces your odds of receiving full payment.  If you go to the expense of mailing a Preliminary Lien Notice and recording a lien you need to follow through with a lawsuit to enforce your rights.  Please contact one of our attorneys for assistance in enforcing your mechanic's lien rights.
