Warning from the Arizona Registrar of Contractors

Contractors and Subcontractors:

The Arizona Registrar of Contractors has issued a warning regarding a bogus “Annual Compliance” mailer which has been sent out to some Arizona contractors.  The mailer appears to be from the Arizona Corporation Commission, but it is not.  If you receive any such form you should notify the Arizona Corporation Commission and the Registrar.  Below is the link to the ROC’s notice on this issue.  If you need assistance with reporting requirements for the Arizona Corporation Commission or the Registrar of Contractors contact our attorneys at Durazzo, Eckel and Hawkins at 520-792-0448.
